Winter Wonderland on the Wolf once again transformed downtown New London into a festive holiday destination filled with lights, laughter, and community spirit. On Friday, December 5, 2025, almost 2,000 visitors gathered in the heart of the city to celebrate the season and create magical memories with family and friends.

Hosted by Familiar Grounds Coffee Shop, Winter Wonderland on the Wolf showcased the incredible power of community collaboration. From beautifully decorated homes and businesses to festive activities and volunteer support, the entire city came together to bring holiday cheer to life.

Families enjoyed touring the Winter Wonderland Christmas Displays at Longevity Nutrition, complete with twinkling lights, Christmas trees, hot cocoa, and carolers. The evening kicked off with the beloved Winter Wonderland Parade at 5:45 p.m., featuring creative entries, holiday spirit, and a toy drive supporting the Annual Fill the Truck Toy Drive. Following the parade, children and families visited Santa at Longevity Nutrition hosted by Ort & Sons Trucking, complete with Santa Bags brought to you by Northland Electrical Services. Little ones dropped off tons of letters for Santa’s special mailbox that all received replies from the North Pole.

Community favorites also included the Light Up New London Map, encouraging residents and visitors to explore festive displays throughout the season, the ever-popular Selfie with Elfie contest supporting local businesses, wagon rides through downtown, and the Reindeer Boogie hosted by New London Parks & Recreation across the beautifully lit Pearl Street bridge.
