Water Street Vintage, LLC is many things under one roof. We offer booth space to antique lovers such as ourselves, talented people who re-purpose items and use reclaimed  items.  We opened our doors Feb 1st, 2014 and it has been wonderful. We are full and love the merchandise the dealers have brought in. We expanded Saturday, October 11 by opening our second floor. We  have an additional 35 booths and a room for rent for classes, meetings, groups. The Gathering Room is now available for $40 for up to 4 hours and $10 per hour after.
We are also excited to announce we are a retailer for The American Paint Company. We carry their chalk/clay mineral based paint and offer classes. We also carry Howards and McCall’s candles.  We want this to be the best and most unique mall in the area. Our building is 15,000 square feet and we want it full! Booths are $1.25 a sq. ft. we do not charge a commission on booth sales. Some malls charge 10%.  The only fee that is passed on is the credit card fees on your booth sales. We want to keep the rents reasonable to keep our dealers happy and to keep the mall full. Consignments will be 30% of what the item sells for. Most stores charge 50%. We are also always buying antique or vintage items.
