Tour the Heritage Village – Step back in history as you tour six historic buildings that were moved to the village for preservation. Browse through an octagon-shaped house, a one-room school, a little white chapel, log cabin, train depot and garage. They are furnished with original or period furnishings. Examine railway equipment including a locomotive, boxcar and two cabooses, or browse the depot and its exhibits of railroad artifacts and memorabilia.

Looking for somewhere unique and memorable to get married? Thern Farm is available to rent for your wedding ceremony. The beautiful grounds are nestled against the Embarrass River with beautiful landscaping throughout and a quaint garden. The barn was resided and painted in 2020 with new concrete flooring in the barn. No matter the spot you choose you will have a picturesque background as you say I do. We are able to accommodate larger outdoor weddings or smaller weddings in the barn. Contact us for availability and to discuss your specific needs.
