Machining and Repair Services, LLC (M.R.S.) was founded in 2001 by competent machinist Thomas Geiger, who realized customers of machine shops in the Fox Valley needed a better quality machining service.  Thomas was confident he would be able to provide “quality machining” at “fair prices.”  At M.R.S., efficiency is the key…quality machines, computer software, and loyal employees.

M.R.S. produces quality machine parts, precise fabricated parts and accurate custom assemblies by using the latest computerized programming software such as SolidWorks, AutoCad and Virtual Gibbs to control their CNC machining equipment on the shop floor.  In addition, the in house JobBoss software and computer network system connects all their experienced operators and sales staff together.  The JobBoss software can accurately schedule, estimate job delivery and do job costing to provide customers the quickest possible service and on-time product delivery.

Today M.R.S. is noted for honest prices with on time deliveries, the first time!  Using these principles, M.R.S. has built its reputation as one of the most reliable and efficient machine shops in the Fox Valley.  As a result, this small business has been on a very fast growth pace and is completing their first expansion which will double the existing shop floor space to 12,000 square feet.
