Nikki Poppe was introduced to doTERRA essential oils in March of 2012 when searching for an alternative relief to a headache, as ibuprofen has always been hard on her stomach. While she was not new to using essential oils as she was familiar with the aromatic benefits, she was amazed with how quick and effective that particular blend of essential oils were against her headache, and decided to research more on the science and efficacy of using essential oils as an alternative to pharmaceutical medications. Within a month, essential oils replaced all of the over-the counter medications in her home, and as her knowledge expanded, cleaning products and skin/hair care products were replaced too with essential oils or products made with essential oils. Nikki has a 7-year-old son named Austin who also benefits from using essential oils, which have been quite effective against his hyperactivity and emotional behavior disorder.

doTERRA (Latin, meaning “Gift from the Earth”) essential oils are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG), meaning they are 100% pure and completely safe to use on any person no matter what size or age and even pets.  These oils not only can be used aromatically, but topically and even taken internally to receive their benefits.  Although doTERRA is primarily an essential oil company, they also provide skin and hair care products along with nutritional supplements that contain essential oils with their all-natural ingredients.  Everyone is looking for a safer, more natural method to improve not only themselves, but their family’s health, and doTERRA essential oils have been proven to be effective to providing that relief that people need.

Nikki holds classes weekly educating individuals on the benefits of using essential oils. Classes vary on different topics from mood management to using essential oils with children.  All classes touch base on the science behind the oils, while demonstrating different uses for a variety of common ailments people have. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample different oils topically, internally, and aromatically.  For those who cannot make it to scheduled classes, Nikki also does one-on-one visits to educate individuals on the uses of essential oils.
