Join us Monday, July 12th for Mindful Yoga!
Class will be led by certified yoga instructor Dana from Well-Being Yoga!
2nd Monday of every month this Summer!
Never tried yoga before? No problem! Class is for every-“body”! It is not a high intense workout it will focus in on targeted areas and our minds. So everyone of all ages and abilities are welcomed. This is a great girls night activity as well.
We are limited to the first 12 to sign up because of ensuring the attention to form. Please bring a mat or a beach towel if possible. Our intention is to do it along side the river if weather is permitting otherwise we will take it indoors.
Cost: The class is offered with a special of a $10 donation per person
Nutrition Bar is open for hydration drinks before and recovery drinks after.
