Boot Camp at New London Total Fitness

This cardio & strength boot camp is open to all ages and fitness abilities. The cost is $5 per session for non-members, and is no cost for members.Schedule:
Mondays at 5 p.m.
Tuesdays at 5 a.m.
Thursdays at 5 p.m.
Fridays at 5 a.m.
Saturdays at 7 a.m.
