Wow, what a fantastic day spent with some fabulous women! Over 100 women gathered at Familiar Grounds for the annual Women’s Wellness Walk event. It was a beautiful day to be outside and with the majority of our education classes selling out, there were lots of women out walking.

Presented by ThedaCare, the Women’s Wellness Walk event is dedicated to educating and empowering women to make good choices with their health and nutrition and creating a healthy balance for their life. We encourage attendees to relax and share the day with family and friends.
The theme this year was: Me First, A Time To Reflect & Regroup.
The event began and ended at Familiar Grounds where health-based exhibitors lined the entire coffee shop to interact with guests. Special Guest: Amanda Cupcake was there with over 300 cupcakes in 10 different flavors. Attendees chose two activities to participate in and then walked between area businesses and organizations to both classes. Waupaca County Catch – a – Ride was on site to offer rides for those that needed a ride.
