The Northeast and Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV Association is to provide and maintain road routes and trails in northeast and central Wisconsin upon request to do so and develop an understanding of other issues affecting the sport of ATV/UTV riding and communicate information so then the image of ATV/UTV recreational motorsports will be enhanced.
The Northeast and Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV Association will assist with establishing routes and trails in Waupaca, Winnebago, Waushara, Portage, Shawano and Outagamie Counties and the greater Fox Valley area.

The Northeast and Central Wisconsin ATV-UTV Association encourages cooperation between the various clubs/associations in our area in activities that promote the sport of safe and responsible ATV/UTV riding.
