Our mission is to be the premiere provider of comprehensive orthopedic physical and occupational therapy in Northeast Wisconsin, providing individualized care based on clinical expertise with commitment to patient advocacy, education and community service.
Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is the only independent provider of comprehensive orthopedic, sports and industrial physical therapy with clinics serving New London, Green Bay, Shawano and the Fox Valley.
Our team is comprised of experienced and dedicated physical therapists and PTAs with experience w/ high school and college athletes and industrial rehabilitation and injury prevention.
We provide personalized care for patients with pain, injury or when recovering from surgery.
Our experienced physical therapists utilize advanced techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function so you can get back to the things you love doing.
We also offer Silver Sneakers classes to help you stay moving during every phase of life.

*Wisconsin is a Direct-Access State. You do not need a doctor’s referral to schedule an appointment. Depending on your insurance, you may need a signed plan of care to continue with therapy after your evaluation.
