What is our Miles in May Challenge?
Longevity Nutrition is take steps in the right direction! The 50 Miles in May Challenge is to bring awareness of our mental health! We continue to help promote healthy nutrition and we know how just important it is to also have healthy minds. This challenge is an excellent opportunity to encourage physical activity among your co-workers, family, friends, and role model healthy behavior for our youth. You can even challenge people who are not even local to help SPREAD awareness even further!
-Here is how it works:
•50 miles must be completed outside
•You can walk, run or ride a bike etc..
•Track your miles with dates
•submit your tracker to the club before May 31st
We will then enter you into a chance to win 1 of 2- $20 Chamber Bucks to use in multiple different locations !
Stop in and get a Mental Health Awareness bracelet to help us raise our goal of $1,000 in May to support Rawhide outpatient Youth Services Therapy Centers.
**Optional: Take a picture of your view, your tracker, your shoes laced up, or any picture that represents the “Miles in May for Mental Health” and check into Longevity Nutrition and hashtag #MentalHealth4Longevity for a chance to win our weekly giveaways for SHARING our mission this month of bringing awareness!
