This class focuses on:

• Improving balance and stability
• Increasing endurance and power
• Learning proper kettlebell technique
• Scalable movements for all fitness levels
Whether you’re new to kettlebells or looking to level up your training, this class meets you where you’re at and helps you grow stronger each session.
