Mindful Movements Yoga – Gentle Flow Yin

Gentle Flow with Yin Ending (60 minutes):
This 60-minute class begins with a gentle Vinyasa flow to awaken the body and connect breath with movement. You’ll move mindfully through soft stretches and slow transitions to release tension and build ease. The second half shifts into grounding Yin postures held for several minutes, allowing deeper relaxation and flexibility in the connective tissues. The class closes with a peaceful savasana — perfect for calming the mind and restoring balance to body.
