Mindful Movements Yoga

Join us on March 14th at 6:30p.m.
Build a deeper connection mind, body and soul through this special offering...
After spending 18 days in Thailand and weaving these heart practices into my personal life and seeing the profound impact within my relationships, I couldn’t wait to bring all that I learned back home.
In this 4 part series (60 min each session) we’ll be cultivating & exploring the heart practices which include Loving Kindness, Compassion, Appreciative Joy and Equanimity with movement and breath, to find the many ways into our expansive heart.
These beautiful qualities don’t actually need to be created as they are already innate in each of us. However, as we go through life, with all its unseen challenges, our hearts tend to get guarded, bruised and a bit muddied along the way.
The invitation is to give our tender hearts a nurturing space so we can come closer into connection - with ourselves, with others, with the wider world.
As we continue to turn towards our natural capacity for kindness, compassion, shared joy and a steady presence - we familiarize ourselves with those sweet places until they begin to feel like home.
*These practices are open to all levels; no matter where you are on your journey they are sure to have a positive impact on one's life. Come to any one or join for all four (recommend as they compliment eachother well)
*Bring a Mat if you have one
*Water
* Optional to bring a journalist if you wish to capture some thoughts after class

Events Everlasting / Rasasvada

Nicole will lead a very in depth couples healing meditation, accompanied by Reiki healing. Each couple will get a customized mini Reiki during meditation. This is for any level of healing, from beginner to advanced.
Reiki is a natural Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation, with no side effects. It is performed by placing hands on the receiver's body and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be living If one's life force energy is too low, then the likelihood to get sick or feel stress is greater. If it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki works for everyone who can keep an open mind and relax into the process.
This is for couples connected romantically, close friends, two close family members, etc. Please be sure it's a partnership of close trust and Botha re willing to touch each other, as this will be a deep bonding experience.
In this connective meditation, you will still have complete control over your mind and body. This is your own experience that we utilize to relax your energy, making it more susceptible to receive Reiki healing without resistance.
We are capping this event at 10 couples, so reserve your spot now! Message Nicole to make a $10 non refundable deposit to hold your reservation.
Cost: $60/couple with $5 off/person with Events Everlasting purchase.
