Women's Wellness Walk
Women’s Wellness Walk is dedicated to educating and empowering women to make good choices with their health and nutrition and creating a healthy balance for their life. We encourage attendees to relax and share the day with family and friends.
The event begins and ends at Familiar Grounds where health-based exhibitors lined the entire coffee shop to interact with guests. Attendees choose two activities to participate in and they walk between area businesses and organizations to both classes. Stayed tuned for our line-up!

You may recognize this familiar face out and about in New London running for the Special Olympics Torch Runs, being in the schools as a prior School Resource Officer or seeing him lead our Explorers/Cadets Program. We would like to introduce him to you now as Assistant Chief of the NLPD. Officer Wilson has been with this community since 2001 and we are confident that he will guide our department with Chief Schlueter admirably! Congratulations on your promotion!
