All homes and businesses have been encouraged to get their decorations up by December 1st, 2023 for families to enjoy through the entire holiday season. Register here to participate in the Holiday Hop! Customers are encouraged to join in on a holiday scavenger hunt December 1st - 9th and visit local businesses and organizations who will host deals and activities.
Get lost in the Winter Wonderland Christmas Displays by Longevity Nutrition on December 1st, 2023 featuring a twisting trail of holiday bliss, twinkling lights and Christmas trees. Listen to the Christmas carolers while sipping hot cocoa.
The parade starts at 5 p.m. Line up will be in the Longevity Nutrition parking lot. The parade will start there on Pearl St. and turn left onto N. Water St. and then exit on Wisconsin St.
Visit with Santa and Mrs. Clause at Longevity Nutrition and grab a Santa Bag filled with goodies. Don’t forget to bring a letter for Santa if you wish and leave it in his Christmas mailbox. His elves have assured us that Santa will reply to every letter. Please ensure a return address is included.
After the parade if you don’t want to wait in line for Santa, walk across the lit Pearl St. bridge to join in the Reindeer Boogie at Familiar Grounds hosted by the Parks & Recreation Department.

This week, American Family's IT team detected unusual activity in a portion of our network. It was quickly discovered, and the systems were shut down before anything was compromised.

We understand that the system outages are impacting you, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

We do not have access to the information needed to assist you at this time, but we can contact you when our system issues are resolved.

For policies with payments that are due during this time, the policies will not cancel for non payment of premium, and will not have late fees added to the amount due once the system is back up and running.

A third option is our 2 room, private entrance suite. One room has dimmable lights to create a relaxing atmosphere and the outer room is great for a waiting/reception area. This would be great for a massage, holistic, or physical therapist, Reiki, Somatic, or even a Yoga studio! We would also be open to another type of business if you just need a quiet place to work.

Longevity Nutrition

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Shine Bright Against Cancer Color Run/walk in September that Longevity Nutrition hosted. This year we were DEFINITELY were shining and beaming with color!!!

We were spreading awareness by spreading color for those currently in the fight, for those who have lost that fight and for those who will face that fight in the future!

Because of all who were SHINING BRIGHT by participating as AMAZING SPONSORS or ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS, we are taking this awful disease and doing some good by raising money to pay it forward to a scholarship program for students who maybe the person who finds the cure to cancer. This year the Longevity Family and New London Community were able to present a check for $5,035.00 to Laura Turner’s family to feed the scholarship program. Four years ago we lost a beloved friend, teacher, coach and family member to cancer, Ms.Laura Turner!

This event allows us to show others HOW to come together as a community. We do want to keep prayers for the family and friends a participant in the walk this year that passed away 2 weeks after the event. Jamie’s friend Bobbie Jo said it was one of the last fun memories she will remember of Jaime. You guys, this is WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO! We get to showed others HOW to lift each other up... even during these most challenging years for one of the most challenging diseases .... WE SHOWED EVERYONE HOW TO SHINE BRIGHT AGAINST CANCER!!!

THANK YOU EVERYONE for your support! We look forward to seeing you next year, the second Sunday in September, and with even more family and friends and to get even more colorful!

Today we are introducing one of our amazing coaches Jesse! He has been a great asset to our team and we are so excited for what's to come! We will be going LIVE tomorrow night for an interview with Jesse who will be talking about his background along with what we have going on with wrestling and boxing! Stay tuned!!!

"My name is Jesse Hedtke. I grew up in New London, WI. where I played many sports growing up, to include boxing and wrestling. After graduating from High School, in 1996, I joined the Army. While in the Army, I boxed for my Brigade Boxing Team and later became the Brigade Boxing Head Coach. I also competed on my battalion's wrestling team from 1997-2000.

In 2000, I came back to Wisconsin and joined the WI Army National Guard. I continued boxing for the Oshkosh Boxing team. Due to deployments after 9/11, I was unable to continue competing and ended my amateur career with a 35-5 record, fighting in multiple Golden Gloves tournaments. During that time, I also dabbled in (MMA) Mixed Martial Arts and comprised a 3-1 record. After 26 years of military service, leading, training, and mentoring thousands of Soldiers in and out of combat, I retired as a (CSM) Command Sergeant Major.

In 2015, I came back to New London, and I started coaching the New London youth wrestling program with my brother. The following year I coached at N.L. High School for a year, and I am currently the head wrestling coach for N.L. Middle School wrestling team.

In April 2023, we opened up WIKID wrestling for kids to be able to wrestle year around. I also started coaching boxing here at Total Fitness. I have a passion for coaching and watching kids and adults achieve their goals. I am a firm believer in the “total fitness” aspect of health, not just the physical part. Fitness is physical, mental, spiritual, and social. They all go hand in hand.

When I am not coaching, I enjoy spending time in the woods hunting, UTVing, snowmobiling, and spending time with my wife and daughter."
