New London, WI – First State Bank announced that it will once again be serving free root beer and orange ice cream floats at its offices in celebration of June Dairy Month.
The events are open to customers and community members from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., starting at First State Bank’s Manawa and New London offices on Friday, June 2, followed by Clintonville on Friday, June 9, and Waupaca on Friday, June 16.
“First State Bank is proud to be a partner to our local dairy farmers and other agri-business customers,” said Brenda Hansen, vice president – marketing. “We invite everyone to stop by for a free ice cream float in celebration of June Dairy month and our dairy farmers.”

The Car Show is open to ALL makes and models of vehicles. The individual classes are from 1900 through present year. There will be 19 classes with two trophies in each class. Vehicle registration will take place on Sunday, June 4th from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Trophies will be awarded at 3:00pm. There will be a $10 fee for each show vehicle registered. A dash plaque will be awarded to the first 200 vehicles registered. Spectators will be admitted free of charge. Swap meet registration from 7:00am - 8:00am. and spaces will be $10 each. Food and refreshments will be available on the ground (no carry-ins permitted). There will be a DJ playing your favorite hits from 9:00am - 3:00pm.
