Be sure to listen to Frog Country radio station at 92.3 FM and watch the New London Chamber Facebook page for inclement weather announcements. There will not be an indoor location, and concerts will be cancelled if the band is unable to play outdoors. These events are coordinated / funded by the New London Tourism Commission, the New London Area Chamber of Commerce, and Shamrock Club of New Dublin.

The New London Police Department is celebrating our 8th National Night Out on August 5, 2025. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes neighborhoods, police, fire and City partnerships to make neighborhoods a safer, positive, more caring place to live. There will be FREE games, food, music and activities. The festivities will be held outside, between the City Hall and Police Department from 4:30-6:30pm.

Want to learn how to gather food from the land but not sure where to start? Naturalist led program to learn the ethics, safety skills and basics of plant identification and foraging. Participants will also learn how to start and craft their very own tincture. We’ll start inside with a short presentation, head out for an exploratory hike and come back and start our tinctures. This program is beginner focused, but all skill levels are welcome.

Join Mosquito Hill Nature Center naturalist and members of Northeast Wisconsin Stargazers on August 16th to view the Perseids meteor shower. This is one of the best meteor showers of the year, producing up to 60 meteors an hour. There will be a brief indoor program followed by viewing the night sky through binoculars and telescopes. The large observatory dome telescope will be open and utilized (weather permitting). A blanket or lawn chair is recommended.
