What is our Miles in May Challenge?
Longevity Nutrition is take steps in the right direction! οΏΌThe 50 Miles in May Challenge is to bring awareness of our mental health! We continue to help promote healthy nutrition and we know how just important it is to also have healthy minds. This challenge is an excellent opportunity to encourage physical activity among your co-workers, family, friends, and role model healthy behavior for our youth. You can even challenge people who are not even local to help SPREAD awareness even further!
Here is how it works:
β€’50 miles must be completed outside
β€’You can walk, run or ride a bike etc..
β€’Track your miles with dates
β€’submit your tracker to the club before May 31st
We will then enter you into a chance to win 1 of 3 Gift Cards for different businesses.
One of which will be the Dragons Den downtown New London
Stop in and get a Mental Health Awareness bracelet to help us raise money $1,000 to support Rawhide outpatient Youth Services Therapy Centers.

Join us on May 18th - Liminal Vision Films & Ursa Major Film Productions presents the premier of BACK ON TRACK, the documentary about the restoration of the Waupaca Train Depot. At the Gerold Opera House in Weyauwega. Tickets are $15 and are all general seating. Doors open at 6:30pm, film starts at 7:30pm. There will be interviews with the filmmakers following the film.

We are planning on opening for the season on Wednesday May 22nd (tentatively). Those coming here for Women's Wellness Walk on the 18th will have some limited items available as well. I will post more of what we will have when we get closer to that date. Right now we are not 100% sure of our hours for this season. The self-serve is being revamped and may not be open until June. Again, i will keep you posted on that as well.
We are planning on having the full store open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday for the first couple weeks. When the self-serve opens we are thinking Fridays & Saturdays. Again, I will post & let you know as soon as we figure it out. Have a wonderful day.

This is a free event and is available for people of all ages and skill sets. Bring your current crochet, knitting, embroidery, or other needle-craft hobby to work on surrounded by other people with similar hobbies! This is a great time to lean on others to learn for the first time, gain advanced skillsets, or teach your craft to others.
If we have enough interest we would love to make this a repeating event every month!
