Founded in 2025 by David Lamb, Quiet World Brewing is on a mission to bring quality craft beer and delicious food—made with locally sourced ingredients—to New London and the surrounding communities. Their commitment to excellence, fair pricing, and creating a welcoming space for families and friends is something we’re proud to support.
Quiet World Brewing intentions are to call the historic Grand Theatre it’s home some day, working to preserve its legacy while giving it a fresh new life for future generations. We’re excited to see their vision come to life in the future.
