Rawhide Youth Services is a leading mental and behavioral health agency that serves at-risk youth throughout Wisconsin with trauma-informed care, compassion, and hope.  Since 1965, Rawhide’s mission has been one of faith—faith in the potential of the youth we serve and our staff who guide them. Rawhide is built on hope and compassion, instilled within us that we pass on to our youth every day for a second chance at life and a successful future.

Our residential services in New London and Peshtigo, community and school-based youth counseling across the state, and behavioral job training programs serve youth who have experienced unimaginable difficulties and struggle with anger, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and more. Most major health insurance plans are accepted, and a sliding fee is also available.

Finally, for a fun way to experience Rawhide, Friday night Fish Fries are offered on the third Friday of each month, June through September, from 4-7 p.m. Enjoy a traditional fish fry meal, tour the Bart and Cherry Starr Museum, and see firsthand how youth at Rawhide are creating better futures.
