Fitness & Strength: our workouts will be for every fitness level showing moves you can take and later at home and showing modifications.

Nutrition & Nourishment: Explore the world of nutrition with us, as we discuss the power of a well-balance nutrition, recipes that fuel your body, and the importance of self-care when it comes to food choices.

Mindful Movements Yoga

Join us Wednesdays at 5:30pm for an hour of Vinyasa Flow yoga. Cost is $12 per class drop in rate or $50 for a 5 session punch card. Payment can be made cash, card or Venmo.
