Summer Kickoff Bash + Night Market
North Water Street | Downtown New London
5:00–10:00 PM

We’re kicking off summer for the second year in a row—and this year, we’re celebrating even bigger. In addition to the event, we’re honoring two major milestones: the United States’ 250th birthday and New London’s 175th anniversary. It’s the perfect time to come together as a community and celebrate in a big way.

What to Expect:

• Night Market featuring local vendors and handmade goods
• Downtown illuminated with bistro lights
• Food trucks and a variety of treats
• Beer garden (21+)
• Live music by Nashville Pipeline (7:00–10:00 PM)
• Kids Zone with activities for the whole family
• Special anniversary features celebrating our community and the nation

Whether you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, enjoying the music, or simply taking in the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone. Be sure to visit local shops and restaurants while you’re downtown.

Band Spotlight:
Nashville Pipeline will bring high-energy country music to North Water Street from 6:30–10:00 PM.

Calling Vendors:
Vendor applications for June 5, 2026 are now open.

Sponsorship Opportunities Available
The Summer Kickoff Bash supports downtown and the future of our community. Proceeds from the event help fund a collaborative grant writer initiative between the City of New London, the Chamber of Commerce, and the School District—working together to bring new opportunities and resources to the area.

Why This Event Matters:
As Fall Fest and the Wheels on Werner Car Show continue to grow, the Summer Kickoff Bash was created to drive energy, foot traffic, and support directly into downtown—helping local businesses thrive.
