New London Parks & Recreation – Home Alone / Babysitting Course

The class is taught by an American Heart Association BLS Instructor and is open to students aged 10-15. Students will spend half of the day learning CPR, and the other half the day attending a babysitting class. The class is taught using videos, games, discussions, and hands on practical information for being “Home Alone” and babysitting.

Students are asked to bring a bag lunch. All other supplies are included in the class. Enrolled students will receive American Heart Association “Friends and Family” participation certificate, and an 80-page student manual.
