Take your grilling skills to the next level as our Chef shares expert techniques for grilling & smoking. This demonstration class will include the preparation and tasting of a variety of foods, so let’s get ready to “kick the tires and light the fires”.
Menu includes: smoked salmon with brown sugar glaze, barbecued chicken breasts, roasted pork loin with spicy orange marmalade, marinated flank steak with soy sauce and pepper, pork meatballs with peanut sauce and grilled chili lime shrimp.
