We need your help this Giving Tuesday for Seasonal Cheer for Seniors. We are still half way from our goal of raising funds for the arrangements.

What is Seasonal Cheer for Seniors? This is our 3rd year working with the community and local businesses to raise funds to sponsor fresh holiday arrangements for our local nursing home residents. We work with New London High School students to help grow their skills in fundraising, marketing, and executing details with the program. Our favorite part is watching the students put together arrangements and then deliver them to each room and interact with the residents.

We know there are many worth-while causes to donate to this holiday season and appreciate any donation to help make this year a success!

Too often I don’t receive a reply—or the reply comes much later—by which time those spots have already filled. This ends up creating stress and frustration for both of us, and I want to keep everything running smoothly for you and your dogs.

You will now be responsible for reaching out to rebook your own appointments.

Saturday December 6th Trail marking. We are meeting at pups 8:00AM. We will be brushing, and marking trails. We could use some extra chain saws, pole saws or anything that would help with brush and limbs. Also if you have something to help pound stakes in that would also be awesome. New London Intermediate and Middle School Hat and Mitten Drive!

The New London Intermediate School Student Council is hosting a Hat and Mitten Drive for our school district and community! Donations of new hats and mittens will be accepted during the 7th and 8th-grade home boys' basketball game on Monday, November 24. Donations can also be dropped off in the ISMS main office during school hours from November 24 to December 9.

From Monday, November 24 to Tuesday, December 9, classes at ISMS will compete to see which grade level can bring in the most new hat and mitten donations. Students can drop off their donations in their science teacher’s classroom. The winning class will earn a Root Beer float party!

Items will be donated to New London’s Christmas for Kids Program. Thank you for helping spread warmth and kindness this holiday season.
