The City of New London is in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan. A long-range planning document that addresses a variety of subjects including land use, transportation, community facilities, economic development, housing and more. As part of this public process, this Citizen Survey was developed to gather up-front information and perspective from residents.
Your opinions are important to the City of New London on how it should grow, develop, and accommodate change over the next 20 years based on current and foreseeable trends. Please take about 10 minutes to complete this simple survey and share your thoughts. The survey will be available between July 22nd and September 2nd, 2022, so please encourage other residents and businesses to take it as well. Thank you for your participation.

Hi! I’m Kiirsti and am proud to announce that I am the new Location Manager for New London Total Fitness!
A little about me! I’m 25 years old and I have been Coaching and Personal Training for a total of about 6 years! My passion for health and fitness came after personally experiencing several medical issues that left me feeling like I was failing my body with how I was fueling and moving it (or rather- lack of). I knew I needed to make changes and from that day on I have been taking steps to improve my daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly habits! Results don’t happen over night but by replacing destructive habits and tendencies with even just slightly healthier ones, big changes snowball!
I’ve made it a personal goal in my life to help as many people as I possibly can with reaching their health and fitness goals no matter how big or small that may be! I’m excited to be a part of such an amazing group who all share a similar, yet unique goals!
I am now accepting new clients and have spots for 5 more individuals who are ready to take that next step and commit to creating a healthier enriching lifestyle for themselves!

Hi fit fam and future members my name is Jamie and I am a trainer at New London Total Fitness! I am a Wyoming native, mom of 3 and the wife of a pretty cool guy!
My fitness journey started when I joined the Army at the age of 17. After 8 years, 2 years being in Iraq, I got out of the Army and continued to grow in the fitness lifestyle. I have done countless triathlons/marathons, have 10+ years of commitment to variations of lifting and my latest endeavor is competing 2x in NPC Bikini Competitions.
In 2020, the height of Covid I found NLTF after my everyday gym closed and I never looked back. This gym quickly became my second home. The staff, the like-minded environment and all the lifting equipment makes it the perfect facility for anyone with any experience level.
I love this gym so much I became a trainer here. I personal train and instruct the class Total Body Build on Monday/ Wednesdays. My goal is to inspire as many people I can to keep this amazing industry alive. I believe in my soul that any kind of exercise is good for our physicalhealth but it’s really good for our mental health above all.
I love working with all people any level of experience any age- I especially love working with youth! Whatever your goals are, they are my goals to! We will reach them together through consistency, patience and every ounce of knowledge I have- we will get you there!
