The New London City-Wide Rummage Sale is This Weekend! Join the fun and hunt for bargains all over town! The Toursim Center will have Buyers' Guides available - located in the Chamber building open 24/7.

Kicking off the first Concert at the Chamber on June 12th  is 'Joseph Huber' - Whether it's irresistible, fiddle-driven, dancing tunes or honest, heart-wrenching "songwriter" songs, Huber's songs and shows spans the spectrum of 'Roots' music while preferring not to stay within the boundaries of any strict genre classification.

New London Parks & Recreation

Starting Monday (4/28/25) at 12pm, join us for a Fairy Find. Woodland creatures, trolls, and more are all welcome in our Fairy Find. Take a stroll through Hatten park and help us find our fairy friends. There ware 6 fairies hanging in the trees, each with a specific theme. Write down the themes on the clue card and turn it in when you have found all the fairies to the Parks and Rec Office, west entrance at 215 N Shawano St.

Join us for the Sturgeon Shuffle 2025! Presented by First State Bank, the Sturgeon Shuffle is a family-friendly 5K walk/run and a 10K competitive road run open to all levels of athletes. Named after the spring โ€œsturgeon runโ€(spawning season), both events kick off from New London Middle School and are fully chip-timed (start and finish), taking participants on an out-and-back course on County Highway X along New Londonโ€™s beautiful Wolf River.
Proceeds raised from the Shuffle will benefit backpack programs in our community and region including: Project Backpack New London, Project Backpack Waupaca (serving Waupaca, Manawa, Weyauwega-Fremont, Iola-Scandinavia, and Amherst school districts), and the Compassionate Connections Center Nutrition Mission in Clintonville. These organizations are working hard to stamp out hunger in our schools.

Join Naturalist Ally Noll for a hike around the prairie and an opportunity to get your flower beds started for the summer. On the hike, participants will learn some plant identification skills and the importance of early blooming plants.
After the hike, participants will get their own seed starter tray and can pick from a wide variety of native and non-native flower seeds to start and take home.
Cost: $15 per seed tray Limited supplies available.
